LIVING
Photographs and paintings by Pol Piérart “Vint”, “Va”, “Vivant”… at the end of this Covid 19 parenthesis where everything was at a standstill, as if dead, Pol Piérart reminds us that as long as there is going and comes, there is life. So it is with this unclassifiable artist, irreducible to the point of making a mockery of anarchist slogans – “Neither old nor
to be born “he said – that the public will be able to find their way back to the theater. Even better, to make your way in the theater in search of the works – paintings and photographs – which will be disseminated there.
Painter, photographer and word-player Pol Piérart (1955) did studies in Liège which he summed up magnificently: “I did fine art and then I wanted to do something else entirely. So I turned to art. ”
Since then, installed in Embourg, a few leagues from the Burning City, he has consistently developed a work (“Duty peels me” complained one day) of a
nice consistency on the back of the words.

An exhibition full of poetry, derision, humor
