What if we looked at food differently? What are we going to taste?
Invite the public to explore the fascinating world of food, but not just for eating!
Each work tells a story and shows that what we eat can say a lot about us and the world.
What are we going to taste? is an exhibition that explores the complex relationships between food, consumption, desire, and contemporary society. Designed as a metaphorical table where artistic practices and cultural references intersect, it brings together artists who use food not only as a subject, but also as a critical language, a symbolic material, and a sensory medium.
Through works by artists from different generations and geographical locations—Daniel Spoerri, Vincent Olinet, Léo Luccioni, Patrick Guns, Ethel Lilienfeld, Charlotte vander Borght, Loup Sarion, Michael Dans, among others—the exhibition highlights practices rooted in critical approaches, where taste becomes vision and where food, far from being innocuous, reveals the contradictions of our societies saturated with images and desires.
Closed on December 24, 25, 26, and 31, 2025, and January 1 and 2, 2026.
