The exhibition of winemakers Namur, brings together artisans, all of Namur origin, they have planted their vineyards on the territory of Namur or in different regions of France. In collaboration with the Céfor school, 2nd year students in sommellerie will be present to support the winemakers throughout the event.
The oenology / sommellerie section will also be represented by the 2018 World Tasting Champions, Philippe Berger and Olivier Rotiers. They will discover two winemakers not present at the show (Château Latuc and Domaine du Ry d’Argent).
The students of the new cheesemaking section of the Céfor will offer cheese tastings as part of this training.
A warm and friendly atmosphere awaits you at the “Hangar aux chasses”, a former artillery store built by the Belgians in 1835, located in the heart of the Terra Nova estate.
You will also have the opportunity to spend a pleasant moment with the animation “Just for you”.
Actress Julie Carroll and a musician will compose your menu with a song as input, a funny story on a plate and a text read as a dessert.
A local produce market in Namur will also be on the program.

In addition, a torchlight walk staged on the theme of wine will be proposed on Saturday 09 and Sunday 10 February at 18h and 20h30, only on reservation.
A monk will tell you original stories about the Citadel in the Middle Ages, while Count John III, more serious, will give you explanations on the production and consumption of wine at this time. The opportunity to discover places usually closed to the public and to (re) discover the site by candlelight while tasting local wines.
